2018 U.S. Sudoku Team Qualifying

Welcome to the home of the 2018 U.S. Sudoku Team Qualifying Test . The official competition is over, but anyone is free to take the test at any time.

Congratulations go to Jason Zuffranieri for taking the top qualifying spot, solving 17 puzzles and earning Part1 early bonus, for a total score of 258.57. Congratulations also go to runner-up Will Blatt (256.7) and first alternate Walker Anderson (225). Jason and Will join Thomas Snyder and Wei-Hwa on the U.S. team at the World Sudoku Championship in Prague in November. Kota Morinishi of Japan had the only perfect score finishing 26 minutes early, for a total of 352.77 points.

Thank you to Wei-Hwa Huang for creating another wonderful set of puzzles; and thanks to Tiit Vunk and Thomas Snyder for test-solving.
